Louigi Tozzi: Friendly staff. A variety of section meats, veggies, toppings, sauces. The hummus when you get a bowel and mix the ingredients complements the dish wonderfully. I haven't a wrap yet. This was my first time and I was impressed. It was not what I expected it to be. I thought they would just be a place that sells variety of hummus. Instead it is a restaurant. The soda machine is unique and doesn't have the same drinks as other restaurants which I enjoyed. There fresh homemade drinks are amazing too! I enjoyed the setting of the place and the design. Really sturdy furniture and it is unique too! Overall was very pleased and satisfied to eat here. I definitely look forward to coming back and trying the wrap next time!
McCauley: Like a less generic version of Cava. Staff was very helpful. Falafel was fire, the seasoning on the fries, also fire. Dropped the falafel and fries in the deep fryer when I ordered them, so they were super fresh.Vegetarian options: Vegan options
Stuart Harrell: Birdseye beef is my favorite. They also make excellent pita chips. This time I tried the humfries. They were outstanding! I only regret that it's an item that's probably only good when it's hot. I had already eaten my birdseye beef. I filled up very quickly.
Kenn Isha: Very good. Style of chipotle where they assemble your bowl or wrap in front of you. Add what you like to cater to your own taste. I got a veggie Hum bowl and it was delicious. Friendly staff. Try the baklava! Its delious!Parking: Parking right at the front door.

Lisa Like: Where do I start? I ordered the chicken kabob & my hubby ordered the chicken California burrito. Both were amazing! The flavor was off the charts. Helen Fong: We're always looking for local restaurants to support our community and this is my favorite Mediterranean place to eat. This was our first time and everything was delicious. The owner makes everything fresh even the Pita bread. It was thin and soft, couldn'tstop eatingit. Other places it's thick and chewy, yuk. You could taste the roasted eggplant in his babaganoush and with the delicious Pita bread, we devoured it, that's why we don't have any pictures. We loved the veggie kabob and the chicken kabobs were very tender. I also loved the lentil soup. Can't say enough great things about this restaurant and the hospitality the owner showed us. Thank you and we will definitely be back!
Tyler Dorn: This family owned and operated place will rock your socks off with the most amazing authentic Mediterranean Food this side of the Mississippi! Big servings and everything is house made. The owner and his family will make you feel very welcomed and invited, we will be back! The store is family owned and run, and I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all the employees. Support local small business, and give this amazing shop a shot!! 🤤

A little bit of a wait but that’s no problem for me because everything was prepared when we ordered.The spanakopita was the best I’ve had in memory.My family ordered lamb/beef gyros, and enjoyed them. My husband commented that there was “a lot of meat”.The only weak link was the tzatziki. It was bland, nearly like plain Greek yogurt. I could see cucumbers but the flavor was lacking. However, I quickly got over it because of the flavorful nature of everything else. I’ll absolutely come back.

It was delicious, perfect balance of quinoa garbanzo beans and salad greens. I also got the appetizer of hummus with pita bread and pita chips for lunch the next day. The hummus was some of the best I have ever eaten! Seriously it was so creamy and the perfect amount of garlic. I will definitely be going back and trying other things

eric anderson: The steak sharwarma is excellent but it tastes a little on the salty side and the same with the chicken sharwarma , I personally don't like the chicken sharwarma here , i always get the salad and the amount of fresh vegetables options is very good . The falafel they make is the best amd you won't find any better and the frys are also exceptional . The amount of food you get is nice but they definitely raised the prices and I dont eat here as often I as used to because of that but with that being said parsleys is still one of my favorite places to eat. The location I go to on Pecos has always had exceptional service , I've been here a 100 plus times and never got bad service form thier staff
