K A: I think Dr Shih is a very good doctor. I have had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy by him and have had none of the problems others mention but like someone said, don’t give him bad ratings for the staff problems, those problems are at every doctor in Las Vegas unfortunately. I got my results in a timely manner, the phone is always answered. He did mention the band ligation option but when I said I would think about it he never pushed it or asked me again. I’ve had several GI, in NYC and here and Dr Shih is the best
Kathy Holder: Both my husband and I hadprocedures done with Dr. Shih. Endoscopy for myself. Colonoscopy and Endoscopy for my husband. Our interactions with him have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional as well as extremely polite in his treatment towards us.
Debbie J: I was looking up Dr. Shih's office info and was surprised to see the negative reviews! I was referred by my primary care MD for constant trace blood in my labs. Dr. Shih had me do both the endo and colonoscopy and wasn't satisfied with what he saw so had me do the camera scope which found my issues. He thoroughly explained the procedures and outcome. Yes, he's a busy doc, I've seen him in St. Rose hospital at various hours so he must care about his patients. I have recommended him to my friends.
sincitydude 72: Doctor she and his medical staff more perfect. I love their bedside manner. My procedure was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately the efficiency of his clerical staff is not equal to is surgical staff. Other than that my experience was definitely great.

Ana Romulo: Dr Shih is a very good, competent doctor and I trust him. I think it’s not fair for patients to give him a bad rating because of problems with the office staff. You are reviewing the doctor, not his staff. This kind of reviews are not accurate nor honest.

Seen Natalie today she gave me my results and explained everything and how to solve it I have a haital hernia and alot of acid. So i will be taking medicine for 3 months to see how this goes. Nice people at this office. And everything is fine now. Only taking 1 pill a day. Natalie is the best!
