Cade Leavitt: Bad experience with employees at the henderson location. We are from out of town and like to support local business. They sold me the wrong part on our first trip into town. Made a second trip into town to rectify the situation with the part. Employee was acting surprised I wanted to exchange for the correct replacement part! Also had the tenacity to not apologize for the inconvenience. The employee situation is not good with the attitude from whoever was working today July 1st. However, couldn’t ask for better or amazing hired help at the larger vegas location. The vegas store has very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Please don’t let the Henderson location affect your outlook on Friendly Hobbies. Owner of freindly hobbies even reached out personally to help the situation. Good guy!

C_Tereas_ Darlin': The stressful was so friendly, HELPFUL, knowledgeable ect... I would recommend this store if you like different hobbies and love best customer service. I'm quadriplegic and they were very accommodating to me and my chair. Infact they mentioned having another location but after my experience in the Henderson store I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. GREAT JOB FRIENDLY HOBBIES!

rhey simon: Welcome in right away. They also have 3d printing stuff in stock. Displays of rc cars so you can see hands on how they look like. Rc controllers,batteries and accessories for rc stuff. Small kid friendly might be overwhelming having that much choices to pick from. Prices do range.

David Condrey: Bought a DJI drone online and traveled to Vegas over Christmas. My partner and I wanted to get sone extra batteries but they were sold out at BestBuy so we were glad to find the DJI FPV Fly More kit available at this store.Unfortunately we discovered that one of the batteries sold in the kit was defective and would not charge and I worried that we might be at a loss but we went back to the store the day after Christmas to seek a replacement. The same super hyper active guy who had helped us before was up front and even though the store was packed full of people he gave us his full attention and consideration and was able to resolve our issue by replacing the defective battery and all in a manner of a few minutes with no hassle whatsoever.

I was expecting to see overpriced everything, honestly, what isn’t marked up 1billion% these days? I was pleasantly surprised at some very fair prices, and dare I say, great deals. Y’all. I swear. We just paid $2000 for this refrigerator, a price which I was stoked to get. It’s cheaper here!!! Way to be Best Buy, we will be back soon.

I asked an employee if he had been seen, and she directed me to another employee who immediately raised the alarm. I saw so many people, employees and shoppers jump up and eady to help.As panicked as I was and embarrassed that I had let my eyes off of him for a second I felt at ease a bit knowing the whole store was ready to look out for this child, some may see it otherwise, I'm just thankful for such an amazing community.He was found by the toy section without any concern 😩😩 Literally minutes later but felt like an eternity. C&SB: While this is a nice big department store style Kohl's the selection in their home goods is smaller than I've ever seen in any smaller Kohl's store. The bed and bath looked like a small sale isle. I didn't even see a kitchen area, not that there wasn't, it was just not obvious. The Khol's I'm used to have a very well defined home section with displays of nicer products like countertop kitchen appliances, plates and serving platters etc., a big bedding and bath section. Not to mention a very nice home decor area. This store definitely had the room for it, but it was all condensed around the escalators on the top floor. In other stores there's a whole section where there are pillows and the like lining a tall wall, which is usually at the back of a wall on a huge bedding section and the rest of the home section is spread out to the right of it and is easy to see the nice selections displayed. This stores seems small and seems confined to the the wall by the escalators and just wraps around that. I may have missed something, but being that the section wasn't well laid out or displayed could be the reason.My friend was there to look for a shower curtain, towels and floor mats. The selection was small and inventory was limited, and extremely understocked. My friend was interested in some red towels of which there was 1 bath sheet, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. The few isle sections were not only understocked, but also a mess.I don't know what Kohl's foot traffic is like in this mall. This Wednesday before noon and it was slow. It might have been the perfect time to restock and at least straighten up these areas.This size store and being in the Galleria with a Macy's, I guess I expected the displays and inventory would atleast be as nice as every other Kohl's I've been to.Maybe the sales aren't there as they are in other stores. But, I know from experience in retail, having no selection and messy displays shows lack of care for the store and customers experience, and you're not likely to improve traffic if it looks like you don't care or that you look as if you're going out of business.I also think having your customer service area in an office type setting like in every single story Khol's I've seen has a better feel than the one in this store. It's by the mall entrance, but tucked away behind a sea of small displays with an odd and ever changing assortment of things. Storage containers, sunglasses, back packs, random clothing that seems to have spilled over from somewhere else. It just seems to be an obstacle course dump zone for the odd items that they don't know where else to put them and is different every time we are there and never in a good way. It all just ends up camouflaging the customer service counter against the wall. My friend shops Kohl's a lot online and often brings back an item that didn't fit her, or didn't care for in person. This is the only store I've seen with CS some what hidden. The biggest complaint my friend always has is she pays her Khol's bill off after each purchase. She loves the perks, but doesn't like having a balance at all on her card. When she's returned something, they will only put it back on her Khol's card even with that zero balance. Not sure why they require this. She hates it, and says so to me every time she has a return.Other than that, the clothing section seems good. There seems to be a pretty good selection in those areas and the displays look nice and things look attended to. The dressing rooms seem to be clean and ready for guests and the employees are friendly and helpful when asked for assistance. It's just that Home Goods section and the customer service/ returns area that need some work.
