I cannot do a lot of walking, so the scooters are the perfect companion!! I have been 100% pleased with the service that I received from Desert medical. The equipment has been in top-notch condition and the young lady that I spoke with by the name of Angela assisting me with all of my questions and she always the confirms my reservation and makes sure that my scooters are available when I arrive. My casino host was of no assistance AT ALL, so I now call Desert Medical directly and I have not had any problems. I highly recommend using Desert Medical for scooters!! Don’t depend on your Casino Host, make your reservation in advance by calling Angela or reserving online. Definitely 5-Star service!!

Bill Nabors: Called Desert Medical Equipment late at night after arriving to :Las Vegas. The airline had damaged my power chair. I rented a power chair from them which arrived in under an hour at 10:30pm. They took it on themselves to reach out to the airline for payment, and refunded my credit card. The also picked up and repaired my broken wheelchair. I was impressed.

We had a little bit of issues with the child sized wheelchair that my dad picked out for my mom to ride around in around the strip, but even after having a blowout on a tire, Nick took great care of us! We will definitely be renting from these guys soon! However next time, we will tell dad to skip out on the discount for a smaller chair and get one that is adult sizes.

Nikki Lee: Service technician Jason Morelli is hands-down the BEST! Not only did he offer to make a house visit the same day, but he walked me through each diagnostic test he performed on my father’s VA-supplied scooter. He tested charging voltage of the charger, voltage after surface charge removed of the old and new batteries, checked continuity in the system, and voltage drop under load. He didn’t talk down to me and patiently answered all my questions about charging the scooter, aftermarket chargers, and the scooter’s batteries. He did what a different mobility company in Vegas has failed to do time and time again. He actually fixed the scooter!! Jason was so personable, pleasant, and came prepared with all the equipment he needed to complete the repair then and there! It’s a huge relief knowing that the scooter won’t break down again at a medical appointment … so glad that I won’t have to push my father and the scooter in free-wheel mode back to the van during a heatwave again.If you have any mobility needs, United Access is definitely the place to call!
