Chau Le: I had a good interview experience. The global entry customs officer was polite, very helpful in explaining how to access tsa pre check benefits for domestic flights once the approval goes through. The officer also provided guidance on how to renew in 5 years. As long as you book your interview appointment and arrive on time, I think the interview process took less than 30mins. It could have been shorter if I didn’t have as many questions. The only issue was the Lyft app directed my driver to the wrong terminal. The global entry office is in Terminal 3 at the very east end of terminal.
Haith, Dr. A.: I had a great experience. They processes my application in 1 day and I interview on the next day. Very friendly and quick in and out. I forgot my vehicle registration and they were able to accommodate me just a few days after to add my vehicle free of charge.

The overall process was swift and very quick. We were so glad we chose this office to have the interview for our Global Entry application. What a great customer service!
Slappy Jack: Super easy process. The officer was very easygoing and it took all of 5 minutes.Also note the other review mentioning that the office is on the TOP floor. The signs point at a down escelator - dont take that, walk up the stairs, then to the end of the building.

Rocio Gabriela Rojas Chavarria: Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sometimes you have to arrive as early as 1 am to get in line and the paperwork becomes very heavy but the attention provided is very good.
