Natalie Ellis: My review is going to be a little bit of a complex one, but it is 100% honest. Let me start off by saying that while this program did help remove as many negative impacts from my credit as possible, I was not able through this program to be able to qualify for a mortgage. You might ask, why give them five stars? Todd’s integrity is impeccable when we signed up for the program some of the negative impacts to my husband’s credit were not reported yet which was not their fault. They tried their best to get us qualified in the timeframe promised. But we just weren’t seeing the results due to our actions not theirs! Todds desire to see my family in a home caused him to work with us so much so that he was willing to pause payments until we saw results! I chose, however, to end my membership. Todd was willing to waive the balance that we owed and cancel membership upon my desired request because of his integrity! But because he and his staff worked hard for my family I wanted to pay him anyways. He was very engaged contacted me about every single concern that I had, and never hesitated to spend time to answer questions. I am happy to report that after a month of paying off some negative items on my credit and because of the hard work that they did to remove some negative things off of my credit I did qualify for a mortgage on my own.
