Devin Schafer: Came to Vegas for a large show, when I got here I realized my cards did not make it. I called up Tyler telling him I needed something now and I emailed him a file for my cards and I had 500 of them printed off in a few hours!! Life saver!! Couldn't be more impressed with the quick service and good quality cards.
Taylor Wheatley: Huge shout out to Digital insight Printing! We set up our booth for our International Building show and realized we didn’t have a banner. We contacted them for a rush print, we submitted our art work to them at 10:30pm we had our banner at 8:45am 15 minutes before our show started! They had amazing service to accommodate us and were crazy fast! Would highly recommend!

Rob Hunter: Had not used this company before, I called them from an Out of State number, and before I could even identify that i was a potential client, the user on the other end of the phone starts yelling Solicitor Calling, Solicitor Calling, how very rude, then i told him I was a potential client and his tone changed. Unreal! They must have plenty of business. In this day in age you never know what area code is going to call you. I can appreciate the amount of SPAM calls my business gets in a day, but REALLY, you start start off your first impression yelling into the phone????UPDATE - Owner called an explained his position on this issue. Stated that he gets a lot of solicitor calls and was waiting for a 10 second delay before engaging the call. OK, I get it. I have amended this post as it does not relate to his quality of work......

He offered to tape my labels as a courtesy to my packages. He handled the packages with care too! He is very nice and cares about his customers.
Hennie Concepcion: Felicia is so nice and made our trip there enjoyable. She took care of all of mailing needs with a smile. We will go there for all of our postal services from now on. Felicia is the best!

Marli R: is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She does not open the store on time, as I have experienced on multiple occasions now. The posted opening time is 9:00 AM on weekdays and Saturdays, and she is consistently not there. When I asked her if they had changed their hours, she yelled at me, screaming that she always opens at 9:00 AM ever since she started in July 2019. This is not true. Rudeness such as hers should not be tolerated these days. Take your business elsewhere; the far superior Horizon Ridge Post Office is only about a mile away from this location. It is unfortunate to see how many people have already had negative experiences here, at a place which was once very friendly and efficient. I for one will never go back.

I go to the store and was told "my manager prints those out and she didn't leave them out" I ask what time she will be back.... tomorrow at 10? Why did I get an email to come in and pick it up if they are not even in the store?!? Only the manager prints stuff out so they can't even print them again! Thank you ups store for wasting my time.Thank you for responding to my review. When I first wrote it. I was given an option to have them printed out. I was just given a "tough luck shrug". I left came back and was helped by a different employee. I asked if I can send the docs to the store. And they did print them out for me for free. However, it was the wrong size. So I had to come back the next day and get them printed again at the correct size and those I paid for. At the end of the day I was able to get what I needed so I updated my score.

Deenadhayalan Balakumar: I wanted to write my feedback specifically because of the great customer service I received in this UPS store. The guy working here is so awesome and very polite. I had to avail notary services and ship the documents to passport office, he has been helping through the process, so I could complete the tasks within 10 mins. Two folks working here are able to notarize the documents which is an added advantage. I visited 2 other nearby UPS stores but the notary wasn't available. Here I was able to notarize the documents in my both visits without any delay. Thank you so much.
