jordan Rawlins: Nice, quiet, no riff raff. The HOA fee's are high, and they like to police the place.
Carol Corden: I love Serenade. My neighbors have been great, looking out for each other, sharing food, even delivering groceries. We have all gotten closer during the pandemic. We share and barter and support each other. Now that we all got our vaccines we can visit more freely. The location is close to everything. No need to take the freeway. Nicely maintained. I rent here but most own their condo.
Bruno Souza: I lived here for a year and I loved it. With the exception of a few neighbors that could be noisy in the morning, the place was quiet, well kept, and didn't feel like an "urban jungle". The units are large enough and spread out far enough that you don't feel like you're being crammed into another complex. The best way to describe Serenade is that it's not necessarily amazing but there's also no real down sides. Gym, groceries, mall, and highway are all 5 minutes away.

Magdalena Diaz: Very nice community. Some people won’t read parking signs and will block garages, forcing you to hunt them down to make them move. Kids will sometimes play in the streets but with how people fly through the little roads is a concern. Mostly it’s very quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves and only a few buildings seem to have constant problems with cops constantly there. However it doesn’t bug the rest of the place thankfully.
Divinity Williams: Beautiful and well kept property. Noisy upstairs neighbors. Great location.

Jann Carlson: We have lived here for over a year. We find the guards friendly and they definitely do their job checking people in who are Not residents and check people at the pool. I have never found the pool to be over crowded! The grounds are well maintained except for some areas by garages and front doors. Everyone I’ve meet here are very friendly and helpful! It is a very quiet place to live! Close to restaurants and stores. Love it here at Resort Villas!

Melissa Asistin: I lived here from 2015 to 2018. My rent was $1,295 and I was in one of the new buildings. My experience was great. I loved the location because you are literally close to everything. They kept my rent the same for the three years I was there. They were such cute units. I had a 3 bedroom with garage. The garage is small and thin. I found it difficult to get in and out of. So, I used the garage for storage. Overall happy 😊 with Villa Azure! I am sure they go for a lot more now being that is 2022 now.
