auralee aweau: THANK YOU THANK YOU BLACK AND CHERRY REAL ESTATEOn July 8th 2023 our house that we rent from Black & Cherry Real Estate was broken into, my son and sister in law was able to send me pictures of all the damage, I submitted a request to Black & Cherry letting them know it was a break in and there’s a police report. The next morning I have a repair man at my house because Black & Cherry notified him of the break in, the repair man measured the broken window, had his shop vac and cleared the garbage disposal of glass and took more pictures of all the damages from the kitchen, master bedroom and back door. We are so grateful for the prompt assistance of Black & Cherry in making the repairs in less than 24 hours. Black & Cherry made this extremely scary and stressful experience easier to handle. Oh and yes Metro did arrest the male that broke in, he was still in my bedroom when Metro arrived.

This caused me to waste a lot of time and money with 3 house offers that if I had a realtor who had my back I would have never spent time or money considering them.Tricia guided me through the whole process of home buying, gave me excellent advice on the areas of town that matched what I was looking for and in my price range. Most importantly she was my advocate when it came to negotiations during the home offer. I know because of her I saved over 12K AND my offer was accepted. She truly represented me and always made an effort to be with me during any home inspections and the title signing.
