Harrison Shipp: We hired Lisa Marie's Catering for our wedding and I couldn't imagine using anyone else! We went over the main things we wanted and the theme we were going for, and they worked with us and prepared a great Menu consisting of deliciously cooked chicken, Mouth watering slow roasted pulled pork, perfectly buttery mashed potatoes, fruit salad, and a couple different types of salad. Needless to say all the food was amazing, but what was even better was their customer service! They were on the reception site the day before prepping all the food and talking to anyone that was around, making people very excited for the food for the next day! If I haven't stressed this enough, these guys are amazing, Their truck broke down on a mountain pass the day of the wedding, and they moved heaven and earth to get their truck fixed, food prepared on time, and were still the most friendly people in the whole world at the same time! One thing that I don't believe they advertise, but all my wedding guests loved, is their son has a cotton candy machine which they brought and all of the children flipped out about it, and the adults absolutely loved it too!! If you pick anyone else besides these guys to do your catering you have made a huge mistake!!
ghanima maassarani: Lisa Marie, and Mark just hosted my brunch party. She surpassed my expectation on every level. The presentation was beautiful, the quality of the ingredients was excellent, every thing was so tasty, and I got very many complements from the most sophisticated foodies at my party. They both are so personable and professional, I can not imagine using any other catering group in Las Vegas. To top it all, this whole affair was very reasonably priced. Thanks Lisa, and Mark.
Bridger Huhn: They catered a wedding and the food was delicious. They served pulled pork sandwitches with salads and grilled chicken. They also had cotton candy for the kids!

Stan: The food was good. I was surprised at how soft and tasty the steaks were, but the guy cooking the steaks kinda made it feel like I was in the "no soup for you" episode of Seinfeld and I didn't know whether to laugh or get angry.Kid-friendliness: Not sure if she's always there, but there was a girl walking around making figure balloons.

The most recent accolade is being selected as one of Las Vegas' Women Who Wow 2022 by Real Vegas Magazine, and the Best of Henderson for 2020 in the field of Caterers. Annie Payton has been named one of Nevada's Distinguished Women for her success in the catering and restaurant world, as well as her devout presence in the community for which she serves.
Chef Annie was featured on Fox Five Las Vegas live with Ted Pretty. One of her weddings at Lake Las Vegas was showcased in Elegant Bride Magazine. She and her Labrador retriever, Ookie, were spotlighted in the David Magazine. Numerous articles have been written about her previous restaurants, most notably an A rating from The Las Vegas Review Journal food critic Heidi Knapp Rinella. Annie's restaurant was selected as one of the top 20 in the state of Nevada, and her stuffed mushrooms were hailed as the city's best in an Eater Magazine article written by popular editor Scott Dickensheets. Laura Canale: "Who is your caterer?!!!""This is one of the best desserts I've ever had!""The gazpacho is out of this world."These are just of sampling of the many compliments I received from my guests at the party that Indulge Catering catered for me.I found Nick through a web search and hired Indulge Catering to cater a special surprise birthday party that turned into a pop-up wedding and Nick was not fazed by any of it.From our initial consultation to the final clean-up of the party, Nick and his team were absolute professionals. During our first chat he impressed me by asking questions to understand the kind of food I wanted for my party. My then boyfriend is of Cuban descent and is a lover of beef. He listened regarding my budget and was helpful making cost saving suggestions while balancing items on which cost should not be scrimped. He put together a menu that reflected exactly the tastes of the guest of honor and that I immediately agreed with. The menu included, leche de Tigre, shrimp ceviche with corn tostadas, tomato-watermelon gazpacho, scallop scampi, grilled prime tenderloin and mango trifle. This was an elevated buffet that looked as good as the food tasted. Every component of the menu was outstanding and my guests complimented the food throughout the party and in the days following the event.I would not hesitate to refer or work with Nick again.
Gabrielle Lang: Panning a friend's 40th Birthday Party is stressful. We needed a Chef we could count on and we found him! What an amazing experience with Chef Nick and his team! He was extremely responsive, providing details on his food, estimates of costs and the overall process and even assisted in menu suggestions for a group of very finicky eaters. Even when a possible scheduling conflict impacted our date, he worked with us to coordinate options and alternatives. He came early, set up and worked tirelessly for hours. The food was AMAZING! Presentation was on point. The hors d'oeuvres and entrees were both beautiful and delicious, exceeding our expectations. Chef Nick even did all the dishes and clean up afterwards himself, making our event both memorable and smooth! I would hire him to cook for our family every day if I could! We WILL book him and his team again soon! Thank you for making our event spectacular!

dennis shinn: As Member Events Chairperson for our local charity organization, I was arranging a holiday luncheon for 175 members. Chef Nick was very knowledgeable, professional, flexible, responsive, enthusiastic, energetic and accommodating. The food was very flavorful and absolutely delicious!! Something as simple as turkey and gravy got rave reviews from the crowd. There were hand-mashed Yukon gold potatoes loaded with butter/garlic and noodle kugel that met our Jewish members highest standards and so delicious, our non-Jewish folks loved it! Even though I surprised him at the last minute by asking for service to start 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, the buffet was set-up and ready to serve exactly on time and he and his crew handled clean-up very efficiently. I look forward to using Chef Nick again and would highly recommend him for any event.
