Sara al: Finally a pediatric doctor that is so knowledgable! Dr. James Jabile. I knew i would have good luck with him since his medical experience is from the NY. I went to multiple pediatricians in vegas. He was the ONLY doctor that seemed to know anything about my child's case of infantile spams. He asked all the right questions and he answered all of my questions in a knowledgable way. Hes extremly thorough too. He wont dismiss even the smallest thing about your child.. my child has wheezing most doctors said its normal...he actually cared to follow up about it to try to prevent it as much as possible. so thank you Dr.Jabile
Gail Culver: As always, from check in to check out and during time spent with primary care doctor, I was greeted with friendliness and treated with professionalism. Mesquite Intermountain Health Care Clinic is truly patient-oriented.

Summer Cerda: Absolutely wonderful place. Great staff, and almost no wait time. Not being stuck at urgent care for hours with a sick kid is priceless.
Hinson Media: Wow! What a great experience! We took our 4 year old in because our pediatrician could not see us for a few days and our little guy had a cough that was getting worse. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and we had a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric urgent care.

If you are in need of immediate attention and our center is closed, you can reach us through our Parent Advice Line and Emergency cell.
When you visit our center, you can make certain that our team is ready to welcome your child and attend to their urgent care needs.
Children’s Urgent Care offers extended hours. We are open 10 hours a day on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. and open on weekends from 10.00 am – 4.00 p.m. We have 2 offices with the same EMR so patients can choose either office when necessary.
We offer walk-in services and appointments for well and sick visits. Most of the time, appointments are given the same day if not the next day.
We strive to see patients within one hour from the time of their arrival with an emphasis on quality care. Providers and our staff provide patient-centered care.
Children’s Urgent Care has an X-ray on-site and will give a referral to specialists when necessary.
For the regular pediatric well(baby) check and immunizations our co-pays are the same as pediatric offices.

Frances Michelle Aguilera: Amazing staff and very welcoming. While on vacation, our 6 month old became ill. Felt so relieved to find this location and they accepted walk-ins. I was extremely nervous but they quickly made me feel at ease that my daughter was in great hands. Very little wait time. Now, we have a permanent place to go to in the event our daughter needs medical attention when in town. Thank you so much for everything! Most definitely recommend this office to others. 😊

Cher Kasper: I have been going to this clinic since my son was 3 months old. It was nice at first, although my son changed primary doctors several times due to the staff turnover, after they lost his most recent primary doctor, it has gone down hill. I brought my 19 month old to be seen last night for a few symptoms I was worried about and to get a doctors note. I ended up with someone who mocked me, and GOOGLED the symptoms my son had, told me he had that thing, and sent me on my way. I could have done that myself and saved the copay. While I do appreciate the receptionist and their patience as I did come in a little close to their closing time and had to run and get change in order to pay the copay. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff that is supposed to be helping and diagnosing my child. If you need google for answers, at least do it outside the room. Also, don’t force me to wipe my child’s nose until it bleeds because it bothers you that a scab is there. Like I said, I use to like this place and the staff has always been friendly for the most part. I’m just extremely disappointed by the knowledge and professionalism of the pediatrians.EDIT: I just wanted to add that I did receive a call from the clinic today apologizing. The staff really does remind me why I love this place. I know practices are different depending on where you work. I am very thankful and appreciative that they reached out to me to apologize and see exactly what happened. Thank you again!
Angie Reyes: My daughter and I adore this place so very much. I don't quiet understand why they have such bad reviews. They are quick with the appointments, but they actually listen to everything we say. We have been to 4 pediatric clinics in the Las Vegas Valley and they ignored all of our concerns, to have a quick and painless wellness check of my 4 month old daughter. This time, my daughter didn't cry. She loved her doctor and we will try to see her forever. I was sad that I didn't get to have Doctor Supree, my own old pediatric doctor, as Violet's doctor. But we found someone gentle for her to see and who makes her feel comfortable.
