Nancy Hul: King David Chapel and Cemetery is where the Holocaust Memorial Plaza is located just east of the building. The Clark County Museum Guild was recently hosted by King David Chapel and Location Manager, Jay Poster. Jay arranged for Susan Dubin, Director of the Holocaust Resource Center in Las Vegas, to speak about the history and significance of the Holocaust. Her presentation was beyond informative and relevant. Although I thought I knew a lot about the Holocaust as a non Jewish person, I now know how much I want to learn about this horror in world history. Visit the Holocaust Memorial Plaza at King David Chapel and feel the solemnity and sanctity of the place and be inspired to remember and learn for yourselves and our future.
Shoshana Garfield: with confusion about my step-father’s wishes regarding the method of his burial and multiple errors in a death certificate produced by the County. Jay Poster, Jessica Schedeneck and other members of staff went above and beyond in helping us resolve everything smoothly, going waaaaay above and beyond the call of duty to help us. They were so human and kind!! Honestly, it sounds weird to say, but going there and spending the hours we unfortunately needed to get through everything there was actually a genuine pleasure. Jay has interacted with the County and helped correct the death certificates. Jessica was instrumental in talking us through various options arranging the funeral. As a result, the wishes of everyone concerned were taken into account, we’ve had a lovely burial ceremony and the whole family came closer together. I feel truly indebted by the stellar service provided to us by King David and can wholeheartedly recommend it to all Jewish families.

Colette W: This cemetery is connected to the palm cemetery. These cemeteries are very nice. They are well kept. Here you feel the love for those who lay to rest. This is a nice place to do walks.

Alec Sonenthal: While the circumstances were difficult, the staff at King David, without exception helped me manage all details for the death of my wife. Jay Poster, Sheryl Chenin Webb and the rest of the team were helpful and compassionate at every step. An added bonus was being greeted by Snickers, a trained comfort dog that was absolutely the best. It is obvious they care deeply for their clients and continually reach out weeks after the funeral to make sure I am doing OK.

Anonymous: Very nice place... Peacefull quiet... No houses businesses nearby.... Just nature surrounds the cemetery.. Nice watching the planes approach and preparing to land at nearby airport.. Otherwise it's quiet....

Glenn McKinnon: I am giving a 5 Star from my father's burial however now since my mom passed, I have spoken to two different office staff who promised to email a letter confirmation of my moms upcoming funeral there and still nothing for over a week. Not a good feeling to have to keep on trying to receive a simple document when the death and burial is overwhelming.
Ronald Prothero: This place is very nice and has easy access to the sits.BUT, I would like to point out. If your loved one did not serve 20+ years, the mortuary contacted "Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery" and they will only give a 2 person honor, with Taps and flag folding in the chapel, not at the grave site.My father was in 2 major battles in WWII, and only had a two man Team.Later I found out, if I contacted the Army myself, I could have had a rifle team, and honors at the grave site...The 2 specialist assinged from the cemetery did a great job, but we would have like him to recieve full honors with a rifle team.
Charlene Brannon: My Husband is buried here and the color guard and staff were very understanding on that day.This is a wonderful Veterans Cemetery and the staff is always helpful and the grounds are always tidy even during ground construction/additions.

Dorian Jorgensen: Went today on my husband's birthday to visit on June 11th 2022 and all entrances were blocked for paving! I could see blocking two of four entrances at a time to pave but people can't walk in the 111 degree Temps. To the back of the cemetery to visit their loved one seriously! I was serious heat stroke and shaky walking there to see him. Unexceptable.
