I appreciate the fact that staff care and understand how to provide the best environment for puppies through elders. Our pets learn socialization and discipline while engaging in high energy puppy play. The play yards are thoughtfully laid out to offer pups some down time as well.I have such peace of mind when I board my pup, knowing that she is thoughtfully engaged and that there is always someone always on the premises. My pup has acquired so much confidence in interacting with people and other dogs. She has become a great companion for the whole family.
Stacy Parr: I have been taking my precious baby Remington to HPR for over a year. He is excited every morning on our way to daycare. He jumps out of my arms into the counselors arms every morning which ensures me that he is being taken care during the day. Pet counselors, front office staff and groomers are excellent, professional and easy to work with!

We received a recommendation for Diana at Henderson Pet Resort and I'm beyond grateful we did! Not only did she do a phenomenal job, but she is also incredibly kind. Gabriel was really gentle, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend if you ever need a groomer to ask for Gabriel!

Kristina Mariani: Then today I called to see if I could make boarding reservations for my dog for July and the girl in the phone said there’s a waitlist until Sept. I was confused since July was 2 months away and all I said was “The boarding is full through July?” And the girl rudely goes I just said that. You need to be in a waitlist. I’m sorry, I was just confirming because I’ve never had a problem getting in for boarding before. I guess there’s so many new clients that you no longer care about not being kind to people who have been loyal for years. The rudeness was absolutely horrendous. It’s a shame because the front desk used to be so nice. I guess I’ll find a new place to start taking my dog.
Renee Farsge: My cat Charlie spent a couple of days at the Henderson Pet Resort. They took good care of him. I even had his claws trimmed, which was badly needed. He was happy to be home, but didn’t appear to be traumatized by having been there. Like my previous cat had been at other places. Will definitely send him again. Thanks for taking great care of my Charlie.

John: Just returned from a month long vacation. My dog and cat were both extremely well cared for! Proof, when our cat came out, after saying hello to our family, he went to the caretaker and laid down. Our dog was safe and happy as well!!!

They fall in love with all their animals and treat them like family. My babies get so excited when we arrive. They come in fully excited to see the staff like it's their second home. Highly recommend.
Fallon: My dog is a nightmare she hates for you to touch her paws. Paws 'n Claws always takes good care of her and lets me stay with her when she gets her nails done. This is my go to spot while I live in Henderson.

Kyra: Got my cat groomed here last week. They did an excellent job on his lions cut and were very friendly. He looks very cute and seems to love his new cut.My main nitpick is that the smell of the shampoo or whatever they use that’s scented is EXTREMELY strong and unfortunately caused my other cat to experience non-recognition aggression that we’ve been having to work through slowly reintroducing them. And it’s not a smell that goes away easily, he was hiding under our bed for the first couple hours back home and our bedroom reeked for days even with the window open. I don’t really enjoy the scent so I guess I can’t blame our other cat either.
Nick Tan: So happy with them! Amber really made sure my boy was taken care of and everyone loved my Dutch for stay while I was in between places. Their prices are very reasonable and even gave me a bit of a discount for the extended stay. Every square foot of their business is Very clean and well taken care of. You can rely tell they take pride in their business!

Leslie Herrera: I am a fur mommy to 3 Huskies, Athena 6 yrs, Canelo 2yrs, and Coco 8 months, I must say its not easy finding a sitter to take all 3. I could not separate them. So Thankful I found Dakotas Doggy Den! Our experience with them was a blessing! I received daily pics and updates, they were enjoying home made treats galore, they got to swim, they even dressed them up for a Halloween party they had! They looked adorable I will definitely sit with them again and highly recommend them! Dakotas doggy den is/will be my babies home away from home! Thank you Dakotas Doggy Den!

Gordon Lecours: There are times when I have to work 60 plus hours a week, so I take my young male dog to Kim and her staff to keep he occupied. He loves it and give him a chance to socialize with others. You know your dog will be well cared for as soon as you walk towards the front door. The stepping stones are puppy paws.
S-D-M Hutch: I have been bringing my dog here for over 6 years. Dempsey loves going here. When we turn into the neighborhood, he starts to get excited. I have left him for day care hours and also for overnights and whenever I have traveled. He has been here for a week at a time many times, and once, I traveled abroad and he was here for 46 days. She always sends him home with a homemade treat and she sends me pictures of him playing with his friends.She even sent him home with a gift at Christmas. She does birthday parties for each dog, and sends me pictures of him enjoying homemade birthday cake with his friends. It gives me great comfort knowing that when he is here, he is not waiting in a cage for someone to offer him food or a walk outside like most dog boarding places offer. He is playing and going outside whenever he needs to and has playtime outside and playtime inside and is socializing with other dogs of all kinds. He has become better house dog for having been here. He behaves well wherever I take him. He is friendly with people and with random dogs we meet because of his experience here. I am grateful to have found Miss Kim and this business.
Meg Sellers: I've been bringing my fur kid Pinot to D.D.D. for almost 6 years. He is a Jack Russell Terrier and full of never ending energy and this is just the place for him to be to get it all out! He has so much fun and loves to swim in the pool. Kim is wonderful care taker and always puts the dogs first, she 100% dedicated. I trust Kim fully with my dog and once I found her and her service I never looked any where else to take my dog. She runs a great business and works around the clock every day of the year so your dog has the best of care. My dog has several very good dog buddies at this place and he is so happy when he arrives.Thank you Kim.

She has been watching him for over a year - since he was 8 weeks old - and Dakota's Doggy Den is his home away from home. He is always SO excited the second we pull up to her house and comes home happy and healthy. Kim sends the cutest pictures every day and responds to every text within minutes. She is great with any medications or special requests and is super flexible with dropoff times. She's the only person we trust to watch our boy and is worth the drive from Summerlin to know that he's safe and stress-free.

Alice Mills: I almost don't want to share how amazing this place is so people don't take advantage of a wonderful woman.I found this place because I was struggling to find someone on rover I could trust to visit my puppy for potty breaks twice a day. I started looking at doggy daycares but they all had lower age limits or opened after I start work.I'm so glad I. Found this place. She runs it from her home with helpers so you can check in or out 24/7. She helps me not feel guilty for working such a long day.All the dogs have to be vaccinated, and my dog has had her first two rounds so I feel very happy about bringing her here. Personally I am more worried about having a well socialized puppy than anything else. My other dogs are rescues and have a more nervous disposition. They haven't been here but I feel like they would do well with Kim.She let our puppy get used to the house a little before overwhelming her with dogs.Pippa has a great time here, her tail wags so hard when she sees kim come out to get her.I think the pool is currently under reconstruction but that will be so much fun for her in the summer!She makes treats every day and throws birthday parties for the dogs. Seeing pippa in a party hat was the best haha. She always sends pics too and is very responsive to texts.If you buy the packages, it is so cheap. She doesn't charge extra for medication or puppies or anything.I assume running the business from home reduces her costs but this woman is worth her weight in gold. I drive all the way from north Las Vegas to bring pippa here because my puppy deserves the best.

Christine Thomas: What a terrific place! We travel in an RV and our lab Cooper was positively hating the summer heat. We were able to easily book him a few nights' stay here with their online portal and he loved it! It was built to be a beautiful pet hotel, everything is cool white marble which was heaven in the 110° heat. They include a bath with boarding so he came home fluffy and clean! The staff were so kind & friendly, we will definitely come back when we are in the area again.
