Elizabeth Hollendoner: We recently moved to the Lake Las Vegas area. We had scheduled service and I did not hear the doorbell when the technician arrived so he left a note. We contacted the office and the agent and technican made it work so he could come back out a few hours later. Both the technician and agent were also very helpful in answering our many questions. As far as customer service, we were very happy.

Mason Troyer: Super quick and easy! A passing storm fried our modem and the person over text was really helpful and when we went in Regina helped us and was super nice and got everything sorted out.

I wish I had the reps name directly but I lost the business card! They saved me another drive down to the store and if their customer service had been the norm they would never have lost me as a customer.
Lynnette Alexander: Whoever Maya is, on the phone for tech support, she is absolutely awesome! She was so patient and knowledgeable and thorough! We have an older TV and she walked me through the solution over the phone. I just can't say enough nice things about her! Thank you, Maya!!!!!!!

Even though she was unable to resolve my billing issue due to them not having the access in store, she helped direct me to how I can get the issue resolved. She had also helped rebundle my services that a previous agent had messed up on.
