Josh Houston: Very welcoming comforting and non-pushy crew, nice lay out and set up of the models. Located in a very nice area near Seven hills/Anthem area. I began working with Krystal and Jen for my first home buying experience and they are both very sweet knowledgeable ladies that I would highly recommend to anyone. They made sure to get me all the information I could've possibly needed and were very professional and quick when responding to my questions and emails after leaving. Development has a nice lay out with still lots of building to go and a whole lot more potential. Very convenient entrance to the freeways and shopping.
Daniel Sangiorgio: Nice, new development. Only drawback is the HOA seems very restrictive.

Debra Tolliver: They a very nice pool area, however, the back side of their pool area needs painting. The louvers looked rusty on the outside ventilation vent. The condo towne home is not too far away from the pool area. Paving still looks good, but the building is only 2 years of age. The condo is nice the owner should paint. Fixtures are modern, lots of cabinet space, dont know if all of them have it, but this one did. Nice size Veranda, issue neighbors will look upon each other if outside. Veranda faces toward street and not the strip, no view. Don't think the owner really cares. Waterheater is streamlined, which is a very nice feature. More storage space in Garage. If the condo was bigger and face the strip I would buy one.

Aquil Yusuf Aswad: Purchased a home here a few months back and we are truly enjoying the Cadence Living. The amenities are very nice, especially the park and pool. It’s quite around the property, the people are friendly. Though I hope with the amount of homes planned on being built in Cadence, there are plans for building a 2nd pool. Because having one pool for the amount of homes isn’t realistic. Also it would be nice if weekly the builders or HOA would have someone drive around to pick up the blowing debris from the builders.
Kimberly Pham: and some folks are a bit irresponsible by leaving traces behind from their pet or picnic. Is hard to tell if it was the people who live in the community or if it was visitors from another community since the parks are open to the public. They do have weekly landscapers maintaining the ground. So it is constantly being clean.The HOA due is very affordable and they offer many events to keep the community connected. Such as movie night at the park, popsicle day, wine tasting tour, discount on hockey, baseball games, discounts at local restaurants, live orchestra concerts, and many more.If you are a food truck lover you will enjoy their food truck options. Always several food trucks will be at the park ready to serve you.Overall a very quiet, safe, nice, spacious, and community-friendly place to live in. On top of that is close to Lake Las Vegas
