Karen J Granger: Came out this morning to a flat tire, as in flat and resting on the rim. Triple AAA came, put on the little spare, and then I called Big O on Boulder Hwy. Walter said: come on in, we'll take care of you. And that's exactly what they did! Flat tire repaired, little spare was refilled with air and reinstalled at the back of my car, and they sent me on my way. I'll be returning for all my tire needs!

nature lover: I was overwhelmed trying to use Smith's air station, which kept inaccurately filling or lack there of my trailer tires. The gentlemen in the service bay were extraordinarily helpful in setting aside the car they were working on to check and fill not only my trailer tires, but also my van tires. I was very overwhelmed with Smith's tire machine, and am very grateful for Big O Tires' generosity and patience. Thank you and being that I just moved to the area, I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Pablo Ramos: So far so good. Went in and got a good deal on a new set of tires with a three year alignment and warranty. I’m new in the area so I didn’t have a ride which they were nice enough to help with. Very patient with customers calling in with irrelevant questions while I was there lol. Good group though Chelo was new but seemed more experienced then the two weeks he’s been there. Wouldn’t mind coming back for other things down the road.

They had my truck in the bay within 5 mins, and I was out in less than 20 mins. Sorry, I forgot to get the name of the young man who actually took care of my truck. I just want to say thanks to all of the crew for a great experience. Definitely, I will be making this my home store for all of my vehicles.6/2022The guy working the free air pressure test was working his butt off. There were about 6 to 7 cars lined up, and he was pumping them out.

Charles Mui: The deals on tires are great and the legendary Costco return policy works with automotive malfunctions too. The problem is that the tire center can get crazy busy and they need dedicated staff at the front to answer questions and take orders. The staff is to busy doing to work to speak with customers.
