Kallie Irwin: Customer service was really nice. Everyone was super kind! The guy accidentally brought out the wrong color and immediately apologized and took it back for the right one. They didn't have my sisters size in the shoes she wanted it so we left but then we came back to try on a different shoe for her and the employee remembered that my sister had wanted that shoe but they didn't have her size and he actually managed to accidentally find her size and remembered and brang it back to us so that was super nice!

I haven’t ever owned an exotic skin pair of boots before so I wanted them to be special. Javier’s exceptional customer service did exactly that! I ended up choosing a True-to-fit Elephant Skin boot! Boy did they exceed my expectations! The genuine work that he put into my boots is indescribable. I will strongly recommend him to any friends of mine that want top quality boots! carnie vegas: I like the store, shoes and employees, but there weren’t any shoes in my size available. Total let down. I ended buying my son a pair of Champion shoes. He liked them but complained that they were too tight in width. Journeys please get some shoes in stock or I’ll have to go somewhere else. I wear 9-9.5 and we usually get wide too.

Paloma: I went into this store twice today and was helped by the same girl each time. Her name was Emma Jane and she was so sweet, her customer service was amazing! I was looking for specific shoes that they didn't have and she happily called 3 different locations to see if they had them. To me she went above and beyond because she could have just sent me on my way.
Tiny Paul: Brigette went above and beyond. I was looking for a certain style shoe and I thought they didn’t have it in store, so I told her I was going to go by Champs to see if they had it and I’d be back. I never made it to the other store! I found the dopest VANS, she found the Adidas I was looking for recommended socks shirts and everything to match my shoes! It was by far the BEST customer service experience!
