Sm Ham: We have been here a few times now for their expertise and selection.Shopping here is a personalized experience, whether you spend a little money or a lot of money and we've learned a lot about cues and tables.We have purchased a few average cues here and were pleasantly surprised that they also carry highly specialized carbon fiber cues at fair prices.Definitely the go-to place for anything related to Billiards!!

Stock Man: My wife always wanted a pool table but never had the space for it. Moving in to our new home we realized space was available for a game room. Visiting the Billiard Factory in Henderson we met with Robert who was very helpful. The Olhausen table was the one we liked and purchased. The table was delivered and setup with some backup folks. After using the pool table, a friend mentioned the drawer was not closing flush to the table. My wife noticed one of the pockets the felt was starting to wrinkle. One of the pockets when the balls would fill it up sometimes a ball would drop out. Called Robert and he sent Bradley out to take care of everything under warranty. He went over every part of the pool table and took care of the issues we had. The drawer needed parts and he said the slate was slightly out of alignment. While waiting for parts in the meantime, we installed a billiard table light Robert had ordered for us. Bradley and Ronnie returned later and took care of the drawer, stretched out the felt, leveled the slate and aligned the table under the billiard light and answered all our questions. We are not experts with pool tables but feel very comfortable that the pool table was done right by Bradley and Ronnie. They said you would notice the difference playing and they are correct about that. We are extremely pleased overall and really enjoy our first pool table. Moux.: The boys and I go out to pool hall lounges alot and our home hall was closed due to renovation luckily we found this hole in the wall. The area does seems sketch however don't let that be the judge of this location after 2 sets of stairs you that you have to walk up to get to just to get to the hall you are met with a lengthy but short wide venue every table was in crisp mint condition and the balls pristine and glossy like new. The owner and attendees were respectful and the price for an hour a game -10$ beer - 4$ if you are looking for a mature lounge and serious gameplay this is the spot. Mino: If you’re a 3 cushion player, this is the place for you. they had a decent amount of those tables but only about 5 regular pool tables, which were all 9fters. The felt on them played really fast, and the house cues weren’t one piece cues. All of which i really liked! Plus we were 3 people and it was only $12 an hour, i found that very reasonable. I would definitely return here, it was a lot of fun
