Ryan McMahon: Rental company said they wanted to file a claim due to streaking from driving along brush overgrowth on one side of the car. I felt like anything they pointed to could be removed with a little elbow grease, and they gave me the option of trying to get it removed prior to returning it. I reached out to Wax and Shine Detail Car Wash, met them at a location within 10 minutes, and they were able to buff out the streaks within another 10 minutes. Sincerely appreciate the ability to work with me, and the rental company was more than happy with how the car looked when I brought it back. 10/10 will use Wax and Shine again.Service:Car waxing
Sebastian Carrillo: This crew did an outstanding job on my F-150. I love that they came on time and shampoo'd the inside, and removed the mats to get every piece of carpet. They take you on a tour of all of the hard work they did to make sure you're satisfied with the job. I really like that they are honest, and came to my house. How convenient! They took great care of the finish and made the truck look brand new. I have already recommended them to my family. You can't go wrong with WAX AND SHINE CAR WASH!

Marcus Moreno: I've been to many different car washes throughout the Las Vegas area and every time I am disappointed. I've always asked for things to be done a certain way but they never listen. On top of the long lines to get the car washed for mediocre quality was exhausting. I was finally fed up and decided to start looking up some mobile detailing places.During my research I was a little daunted at the prices but I figured since they come to you and wash your car then it must be worth it?! I found three different mobile detailers and figured I would go down the list until I found one that I liked. Well, let's just say I didn't have to go down very far.The first company on my list was Tailored Mobile Automotive Detailing and I've been very pleased! My first wash with Bobby I had some area concerns like dog hair and I also wanted the seats shampooed. Bobby did an excellent job! I know dog hair is very hard to get out of cloth seats and he took his time trying his best trying to get it out. My shampooed seats looked great as well.Every time I went to a car wash there were so many customers there which forced the employees to rush through a wash rather than taking their time. However the front windshield has tons of streaking and part of the back of the car by lift gate was not even touched still pretty dirty. Not worth the price. My husband pointed out a bit of little things that were wrong once he took a look at the car. A little closer attention to detail is needed for a business that charges this much. I missed my own appointment, completely my fault and Bobby was more than accommodating and changed my appointment later in the day. Then they came out, did an awesome job in a short period of time. Luck has it, it rained that same night. My beautiful carwash ruined...or so I thought! Bobby texted me to offer a complimentary service with 24 hour rain protection. Again, WOW, i've never had that kind of service. Professional, courteous, quality and great value due to the rain insurance.
