We bought one bike here, along with shoes and a shirt, and had another from a private seller. They boxed them both up for us and did a great job! We were on a time constraint flying back in two days, and they had them done quickly with no stress. They were so friendly and helpful in very way. If we lived here, this would be our "go to" bike shop for sales and service!

d o: I decided to get a bicycle for my commute to work. The RTC Bike Center was the first place I looked at. The technician there, John was really helpful and gave me some advice and suggestions. I went to 4 other bike shops but came back here to purchase a bicycle.I am very happy with my purchase but the customer service is outstanding. I have been back a couple of times to have adjustments done and every time John always is so upbeat and friendly. He is always talking with others and has plenty of good stories to tell.I definitely recommend this place for repairs and if you are looking for a bicycle.
Pac Pic: the man in charge is a pro cycle tech with high values and excellent attention to detail.the best prices around the valley service wise and prompt turn around. he got my wife's bike radworthy in a blast .15 minutes parking just in front of the store.

Mr. Piccolo: Dude with the beard sounded so unenthusiastic, but its probably because it was almost the end of the day when I visited and I would probably sound the same had it been me. Despite, that he was very helpful and we were in and out in less than 15 min. If I live in Las Vegas I would buy my bike there. Would love me an Argon 18 with SRAM.

Nick Bugbee: This bike shop is great and the people who work here are even better. I purchased my bike here in 2021. Went in for a service on the bike last week. They were so helpful in making little adjustments to the bike and explaining how that would benefit my body while riding. They truly are experts at what they do. I upgraded to carbon rims and they helped me select all the other necessary components to make it work on my bike. They were not pushy on selling anything and just offered suggestions. I left my bike anticipating it would take a few days for service, new rims, tires, disc brakes but they called a few hours later letting me know it was ready for pickup! The new upgrades look so good and they did such a great job cleaning and servicing it. I highly recommend going to them for all your bike needs.
Rafael Diaz (Rafa): and had some fantastic rides. The bike was in excellent working order and when I went to pick it up, they quickly customized the bike with a shorter stem to fit my personal geometry. I much appreciate also that the business is local and veteran-owned. The final bonus was the puppy running around the shop. Really friendly!!! I bought several pieces of gear and definitely plan to visit again whenever I am back home to visit family!
Mark Biebrich: We rented a couple bikes from here. The staff were great. Their bikes were new, in fantastic condition and ready to go when we showed up as they were unlocking the doors in the morning.My wife is tiny, she often gets stuck with lower quality rentals when we travel but they had a bike for her that was exactly the same as mine.
