They don’t try to upgrade you needlessly, and I’ve been in there a few times, and they always take care of business. They took care of my son’s bike and he’s very happy. If you need anything in the biking industry, I strongly recommend that you come and see Jeff.

Gregory Surbeck: I rented a road bike from Giant Las Vegas Henderson while in town for a conference. It was a very nice carbon TCR with Ultegra components - probably the nicest bike I've ever been able to rent while traveling. It was clean and mechanically perfect. It looked brand new. I would not hesitate to take a bike in for service there. The shop itself has a wide selection of components, accessories, consumables, and maintenance/repair items. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful to an out of towner riding out towards Lake Mead. Thank you Giant Las Vegas Henderson!

James Cass: I bought my bike about three months ago and Henderson at the dealership there Pedego . I believe it was the owner that sold me the bike. There was an employee there named Charles. That came to my house in Kingman Arizona 90 miles away and fixed my tire. I paid him well it would’ve been very difficult for me to bring there like to Henderson to get it repaired. Charles was great and so was the service. I highly recommend purchasing a E bike from them

I'm so happy to have it because I've always had balance issues with a regular bicycle and was doing research about a year ago for alternatives. When I found the Pedego, I knew it was perfect. Alex at the Henderson store is fantastic and he showed me how it worked, then he arranged for it to be assembled and delivered that afternoon! The process was seamless and I love the baskets and headlight. It has just enough power to get up the hills and the brakes work great coming down. The seat is super comfy too! So happy to have a quality product I can enjoy for many years moving forward!!

The Bluetooth helmet are the bomb! So much fun!

Annie Proehl: This was our first time renting an electric bike and it was a lot of fun. Angie was the girl we rented from and she was super sweet and very informative. We rented the bikes for two hours which was almost perfect to make it through the whole wetlands loop trail. There were lots of great views of water and mountains and we even saw a couple coyotes. Jody Miller: Great sales staff.I'm saddened they get "NO" commissions for all their hardwork and assistance.There is SOOO MUCH to choose from.I was waited on by Cherry and "Shayla"??I forget the other girls name.I came in VERY, VERY late and no one in the store made a comment.The clerk that rang me up, made sure to ask if I was signed up for discounts and offers; Mirzah..I needed a pair of workout sneakers and they were both great.We've shopped there for years but the Hubby buys more than I do.

Despite, that he was very helpful and we were in and out in less than 15 min. If I live in Las Vegas I would buy my bike there. Would love me an Argon 18 with SRAM.

Nick Bugbee: This bike shop is great and the people who work here are even better. I purchased my bike here in 2021. Went in for a service on the bike last week. They were so helpful in making little adjustments to the bike and explaining how that would benefit my body while riding. They truly are experts at what they do. I upgraded to carbon rims and they helped me select all the other necessary components to make it work on my bike. They were not pushy on selling anything and just offered suggestions. I left my bike anticipating it would take a few days for service, new rims, tires, disc brakes but they called a few hours later letting me know it was ready for pickup! The new upgrades look so good and they did such a great job cleaning and servicing it. I highly recommend going to them for all your bike needs.

The bike was in excellent working order and when I went to pick it up, they quickly customized the bike with a shorter stem to fit my personal geometry. I much appreciate also that the business is local and veteran-owned. The final bonus was the puppy running around the shop. Really friendly!!! I bought several pieces of gear and definitely plan to visit again whenever I am back home to visit family!

Their bikes were new, in fantastic condition and ready to go when we showed up as they were unlocking the doors in the morning.My wife is tiny, she often gets stuck with lower quality rentals when we travel but they had a bike for her that was exactly the same as mine.
