Carnage Heart: Hit and miss with the dishes I had. The deviled eggs were good, the fries were a miss. The brisket was okay, tender but lacked flavor on its own, needed sauce. The Mac n cheese was decent. The fried pickles were great. The server was great.Parking: Plenty of parking in the area.

4worldlovers: A large smoker sits in the middle of the kitchen where the smell of beef brisket fills the room. The sun is just rising and the brisket has now smoked overnight for 12 hours. The chicken and pork are added and by lunch they will have the perfect flavor and taste. Most of the meats at Big B's BBQ are seasoned with the house dry rub and slow-smoked using Mesquite and Oak. The wood is brought over from family owned farmland in South Texas where Brian grew up. The restaurant is designed to give guests the experience of Brian home town setting and up bringing and everything he enjoyed and loved about Texas, BBQ and Family.
At our traditional Texas Smokehouse BBQ Restaurant we offer smoked meats like beef brisket, Tri-Tip, pulled pork, chicken, baby back ribs, sausage, and classic BBQ sides like baked beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, corn on the cob, and cream corn.
The BBQ pits are right behind the register where guests can see the ribs being turned. The meats are cut by hand to your desired quantity, served on butcher paper from huge rolls, weighed on scales, and served with generous portions of bread. The meals will be served on industrial plastic trays/boxes and customers can help themselves to plastic utensils, large self-serve napkin dispensers, fountain drinks, and the condiment station with complimentary pickles, pickled carrots, jalapenos and cherry peppers.
Diners seat themselves at either long communal Picnic wooden tables, or smaller two- and four-person individual tables. There are garbage cans placed around the room for easy clean up, BBQ sauce bottles on every table and even a handy hand-washing station that allows the sauce-covered patron to forego a trip to the restroom.
You will have to present Credit Card used for transaction along with matching ID to pick up food (due to very high fraud rate)

Robyn Moore: Service 10/10Food 9/10Atmosphere 9/10We came here on the Fourth of July, happy it was open! I don’t know if they switched owners or staff or what but we’ve been here before however the food this time was much better, so delicious! And the service was much better! We got sweet tea, pulled pork sandwich, Nashville Hot chicken plate and chicken and waffles. The portion sizes are great- very big!The Nashville chicken was so juicy and delicious, I highly recommend it. I got a side of crispy onions, I don’t know why I was expecting onion rings but it was a side of the crispy onions they put on top of the food for garnish. I ate maybe half of it, it tastes good, but there is a lot. I liked the pickles on the side but someone I was with thought they tasted like soap 🤷♀️. I also got a side of corn bread and it’s sooo good!!! We also asked for extra butter. The plate also came with Texas toast which was really good.The chicken and waffles were good- the chicken was really good but the waffles were just okay- still ate them though! And there’s a special spicy bacon syrup it comes with that totally ties the food together really nicely, but we did also get a side of regular syrup.The pulled pork sandwich was delicious too!! No complaints!!The service was really good- the staff were nice, very accomodating and checked in to see if we needed anything- they were really like “let us know if you need anything, do you need a bag, need any extra sauce, what can we help you with.” It wasn’t too much, they were very nice and I loved it. So don’t be afraid to ask for the extra condiments etc.I also really like the vibe of the place. The ambiance and decor. They’ve got a smoker out front in the parking lot and string lights up, it really does remind you of a BBQ spot you’d find in the south, not in the middle of Henderson Nevada.
Martin Guaglione: North Carolina BBQ in Vegas? YES. Found this gem as I was doing my real estate work for a Henderson client. Great food, nice service, plenty of seats and parking.Taste? ...4+. Really good BBQ, even served on toasted bread; hard to find in Las Vegas. I used to live in Virginia, i.e close to N Carolina where they have some great BBQ so I have some credentials on this. Try the pulled pork, baked beans, and corn bread. Will go back for the ribs!
ron shapiro: Ordered take out brisket sandwich. 90% fat ,10% brisket. Had to throw most of it out. Feel ripped off. How can they serve a fat sandwich? Owner contacted me and really cared. Took care of the problem to my complete satisfaction. Our other take out dinner was also brisket no sandwich. Wife said it was delicious.Since it was a holiday and very busy a bad sandwich meal slipped through. Have dined in before and all the food was yummy.

iPACA: We have eaten here a few times, tried multiple items, and bbq in this area can be very desiving!!!! Off the top, the pickles are pretty good, worth a try 😋. I have tried St. Louis ribs😋, brisket, pull pork😋, red beans & rice, braised greens, pork belly😋, smashed potatoes, deviled egg potato salad😋, baked beans, original bbq sauce😋, hot links😋. Everything I have tried is good, and some items stand out, and I've had a few times. Friendly staff and dining area is nice, clean tables & chairs.Kid-friendliness: Family environment. Vance Mellen: We got takeout, the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. The food was very good, but not necessarily the best barbecue that I've had, growing up in the Midwest. The ribs were great, brisket was great, mashed potatoes were very good. Everything just seemed sort of warmed up. I've been through a lot of great barbecue places were the meat is very hot and seems it's not just came off the grill minutes before, although I know this is not easy to replicate in a chain-like smoke house that can only run intermittently. The best thing about this joint was the sweet waitress who kept calling me "honey" the way they do back in the midwest, in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas where I grew up.
Shanika Carter: Vanessa was my waitress and she ways amazing. She has such a beautiful soul. She checked on us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of and happy. My son says she is the Most Valuable Server in Famous Dave’s and no one can take her place. I really enjoyed her being around and anytime I come back I’m asking for her for now on.

Jeralyn Julian: First time coming here. It was pretty good for the most part! I would say the service could be more attentive though. We came in when it was pretty dead at first. They have a small conveyor belt that delivers the meat, but it's not that grand in my opinion. You have to be quick once you grab your meats or else it goes back to the kitchen lol. Our server is friendly but forgets a few things that weren't delivered until later. Everything is included in the all you can eat except for drinks and desserts. It's about the same price as Gens or Top Korean BBQ, but each are very unique in their own way.

Bill Treadway: radish is sliced paper thin, then pickled just slightly. Do not miss this! Had a couple of fried chicken wings that were blistering hot and just as crispy. Yum. Got the steamed rice for my meats and that was perfect. So I got full eating grilled pork belly and beef brisket... ok? Without eating anything else! Items for the grill come down a little conveyor and you hoist them down to your little in the table top grill
