Unfortunately I wasn't home during the install so I don't names of the fellows to give kudos to, but my husband said they ran into a snag - no surprise here - and were able to make it work so, well done!One problem - we didn't use the shower for about three weeks and when we turned it on, we couldn't get the handheld sprayer to work. I called on Sunday and left a message. They called me back on Monday morning at 9:07 or 10:07! THIS is excellent customer service. Turned out it was user error and the gal walked me through it - works just fine.....From beginning to end, this was a great experience. I work in a complimentary field with a near identical business model so I know good service when I see it. I highly recommend Silverado Construction. Did I mention I love my new shower?!?!?

Jason Braun: , we were thinking it would take many weeks to complete. But their staff was so efficient, they did all the work in about 8 days, with another few days to order the glass and a 1/2 day to install it. Even though we made it a little more complicated with a combination of tile and onyx, they made sure we got what we had in mind. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and really knew their stuff. There were a few minor hiccups along the way when we had details written into the contract that hadn't been reviewed with the crews, but they always fixed the problems immediately to our satisfaction. We're very happy with our new bathroom!

Timothy Taylor: LV Home did a great job on my entertainment wall in my home. They created a 10 foot wide niche in my wall and put in stacked stone, 3 additional electrical outlets and a central connecting point for my ceiling speakers and cable connections. Employees were on time, quiet and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Supervisor checked up on them several times during the project. Pricing was about what I expected to pay. I would definitely recommend them for your home projects.

E. B.: LV Home Service did an awesome job on our home renovation. This was our first big interior renovation and we were definitely nervous about it. We have all heard the home renovation horror stories. LV Home exceeded our expectations and put our fears to rest. They took out our hideous wet bar that was an eye sore, replaced all our lower level flooring and helped us update our lower level bathroom and fireplace. We have waited a long time to turn our ugly duckling into a swan and we are glad they were there to do it. We really appreciated the great communication, excellent pricing, on time arrivals and the work they did. They addressed any concern in a quick and timely manner. When Moshe says he wants to make you happy, he means it. He also scored big points with the kids bringing Pinkbox doughnuts one morning which was a nice gesture. While it did take a while to get the project going and communication lacked in the time it took to finalize the design and order materials, the final product is beautiful and every team member that worked on it was very open to any and all changes and accommodations that I requested. Moshe was adamant that the project was custom and that they could do whatever I liked rather than pushing any kind of standard design. He also was prompt to send someone out when I found a couple of things that needed to be touched up or refinished. We had bamboo flooring that got bad water damage in our lobby, so we replaced a large section with water resistant laminate. Richard Pope: Fairless Homes was highly recommend by our realtor when we purchased our home in 2014. They won the job to build a casita and performed wonderfully and took the hassle out constructing a new building. We had one issue with the type of coax wire the electrician installed but and as soon as it was pointed out Fairless made the electrician replace the coax wire with the current standard.We were so happy with Fairless’ ability to help design and complete the casita project on time and on budget we hired Fairless to perform four additional projects. Fairless built us an outdoor kitchen, resigned our backyard hard scape including a raised fire pit, added cabinets to our laundry room and suggested a way to make the washer and dryer flush mounted saving five inches, and completed a full remodel of our kitchen and great room entertainment center.Fairless continues to work with us long after they completed their projects. We had an issue with our outdoor kitchen granite two years after being installed. I called Fairless and they sent out a repair crew to repair the issue at no charge. While designing our kitchen and entertainment cabinets we had an issue with a third party designer who did not order the cabinets and lights correctly. Fairless stepped in and used their influence to get the third party to stand behind their mistake which they did. The third party caused the project to take weeks longer than planned due having to reorder the whole entertainment center cabinets and range hood. Fairless worked around the issue and rescheduled their installer to be available as soon as the cabinets came in. The kitchen and great room turned out wonderful and we constantly receive compliments every time a new person comes into our home.Fairless exceeded our expectations on each project they performed for us and I would highly recommend them just as our realtor did for us.

Fairless had to match high expectations by constructing a new roof deck casita and office, luxury bathroom, outdoor shower, covered wet bar and entertainment section at my newly finished semi-custom home.
