LVAS offers a full line of pool accessories, including day beds, curtains, umbrellas, water kiosks, check-in stations, and sundries cabanas. We can design and manufacture custom pool accessories to your specifications.
Tension structures allow for significant creative freedom to develop complex geometry. With the use of state-of-the-art 3D design tools, form-finding, and patterning, LVAS has the capability to design, fabricate, and install custom fabric structures. All components and assemblies are CNC machined and constructed at the LVAS facility, thus ensuring a proper fit and reduced on-site installation time.
LVAS has built many large-scale structures. From concept to engineering to installation, we can manufacture and install all of your needs when it comes to large covers. All of our fabric structures are engineered and preassembled. They are often stretched in our facility and then reassembled on-site. This cuts down on field time as well as ensuring a good fit for our end product.

They were able to get things done on our expedited timeline and work with our office's confusing finance systems. They even took photos for the renderings by drone to make sure they could provide the correct angles! Overall extremely pleased with the company.

When I called SunSetter to order new fabric for my awning I asked for someone in the area who could do the install. I was first referred to BlackJack Blinds. I called BlackJack and sent an email and received no response. So I called SunSetter again and this time was given More Shade For Less. I called and was promptly contacted by Dave and set and appointment to install the fabric. Dave and his crew showed up on time and quickly did the the job I could not be happier!

Placey Giannini: David and his team came and replaced my Sunsetter fabric and motor. They were absolutely amazing. They were professional, fast, courteous and clean. They fixed the damage on my house from the previous awning that was not installed right. They also added 2x4 boards to support the awning so that the brackets didn’t push through my stucco house like before. They even added a wind sensor to it. Once the work was done David spent the time to go over all of the remote functions for the awning and tested it out. If you need repairs to an existing awning or an entire new one call David!

From the remote control for the awning to the wind sensor and the dimmable lights, we are outside all the time enjoying our new awning. The installation crew did a great job and were on time and cleaned up after everything was done. We would recommend them anytime !

We decided to go with Ultra Patios and were given a two week ETA on install. Tuesday, the very next day, we were called to schedule our install for the same week. Suffice it to say, we received our patio cover within the same week. The installers had it done the same day they started. Everything looks beautiful and we couldn't be any more happier.
