Dan Chain: Short version at the top, awesome place, super fast,right on time when they say something's going to be done, Travis the main man is awesome to work with.Super long version below.So my plane is based in Lake Havasu, outside on the ramp while I'm on the forever long wait list to get a hanger. 2 days after I Ferry the plane down from Washington where I bought it a thunderstorm came in and tore up the elevators because of a poor job that was done by somebody probably many years ago on the gust lock. So initially I had another shop closer to Lake Havasu come and take the elevators off and take them back to their shop, they said they would be able to reskin them and put it back together. So they took off the elevators inspected the cables took the panel apart check the pulleys and everything was fine, just my elevators were kind of tore up. I keep calling and calling and calling and asking what's the progress on reskining my elevators what's going on etc etc. So 3 months go by and I have gotten sick of waiting and I bought used elevators to be able to get my plane flying, so I go up to the shop to show them the elevators that I bought and they said yeah it looks great we'll go ahead and put them on and so I grabbed my original elevators that were still sitting under a bench and had never been touched in the entire time frame that they had them. So this other shop, not Lone Mountain, comes down to Havasu to install the elevators I bought, turns out I got screwed on the elevators I bought and they were twisted. So at this point there was no way I was giving this shop that sat on my elevators for nearly 3 months and did nothing back to them. So I take them up to Lone Mountain and I take the ones that I bought that I got screwed over on and they said yeah it should be about a week to reskin them and we will probably be able to use the skins off the ones that you bought, and probably three maybe four days to get them painted. Pretty much they nailed it right on the head, they had them reskinned anf repainted I think in exactly nine maybe 10 days. So all in all great experience way easier to work with and actually got the job done and did it when they said they were going to be able to do it.
