Bibi Bellotto: How did we miss this place? Fusion of Mexican and Asian was terrific. Who knew. Our waitress, Shirley, was very informative and tops at explaining the menu! The elote ribs were delish, and the spicy salmon roll was tasty but either it wasn't wrapped very tight or the rice wasn't sticky enough. It felt very unstable as I picked it up. My husband had the bulgogi tacos and the garlic edamame. Mm mm good. He had a smile on his face as we left...We will be back! 😀Vegetarian options: They are marked on the menu.

Evan Stewart: I recently visited Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi and was blown away by the amazing food. The restaurant offers a wide selection of bento boxes with your choice of sushi roll, which was a really nice touch. The quality of the food was excellent and everything we tried was delicious.What really stood out to me though was the exceptional service we received from our waitress. She was really friendly and attentive, making our time at the restaurant a pleasure. It's always great to feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and she definitely made us feel that way.Overall, I highly recommend Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi. With its fantastic food and exceptional service, it's definitely a restaurant worth trying out.
Shannon Miller: Stellar lunch service. Professional, courteous staff. Delicious, quality food for a great price. My favorite is Bento Box D with shrimp tempura and chicken gyoza.
Michelle Ayala: Sharon was my server. She was attentive and super friendly. The teriyaki chicken bento box for dinner was $13.95. It came with teriyaki chicken, white rice, spicy tuna sushi roll, shrimp tempura, miso soup, a salad and I ordered green tea. Just wow. It was so good, plus that price is like a light lunch price. Total deal! Amazing deal actually. Plus I'm full and that sushi was made just for me at the counter by the sushi chef and it was beyond fresh. You owe it to yourself to come here often. I'm going to! Kelly Lanahan: This is one of the best sushi places i have been to in the United States! While visiting from NY my friends took me here and it was so good I wanted to go back right away! There is plenty of seating and they are willing to accommodate larger parties if you call ahead.I recommend getting the unagi nigiri it is great and a bit different than everywhere else. I will miss this place when I am back home.

I get the lunch bento box which has teriyaki chicken, rice, a little salad, 2 fried dumplings, a sushi roll, and miso soup. All of that for about $10! The food tastes great and the value is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone I have a work lunch with and they get rave reviews from each person I take!

We also chose two different sauces to mix and match, and added an extra egg. Although this made the price not cheap, approximately $16 for a bowl, we would still like to come and eat again next time. 😋
Tony Yu: I'm a big fan of bibimbap, and this place lets you customize your own bowl with a fantastic variety of veggies. I went for the classic combo with white rice, an assortment of six veggies, bulgogi, and a crowning fried egg. Mixing it all up with their spicy and sesame sauces made for an incredibly tasty experience.Indoor seating is ample, and you're in charge of clearing your own table once you're done. The service I received was exceptional. You won't have to stress about parking either, as there's a generous amount of free parking available.

Don Kilam: Best experience around Henderson guaranteed! I am staying at the Westin tonight and was greeted by staff then the manager! The Black Samurai is what I call the manager lol! DIXIE NORMOUS: First time here. Overlooks the lake at Lake Las Vegas. OMG....food was amazing! I wanted fish. Bret, our server, recommended the cod. OMG....so light and flavorful. Side dish Veggies and fried rice and mushrooms were amazing. I'm not much of a drinker but I do nJOY a sweet cocktail. Bret recommended the sake sangria. OMG.....so good that I had 3! C&SB: Fantastic service and food. Prices are reasonable and we ordered a lot of things to try.We came in before a big group. There was a customer who must have gotten there first from the group who seemed to us to be ordering the 2 servers around. Not meanly but just kinda took over. We thought she was a manager at first. She caused some confusion as her group poured in and she pointed out where they should sit, the waitresses were left standing there as she took over. Finally as people sat down and we didn't, one waitress realized we were not with that group and asked us to make sure. As soon as we said we were not with them, she sat us and then made sure our order was put in before theirs. She gave excellent service and our food came out in record time. We were thankful she realized the oversight. The confusion was because of the controlling customer and not the staff. Idk if this group had called ahead. But it didn't seem like it. I hope they tipped her well. We made sure we tipped over 20% because she really went the extra mile for us. I wish we'd gotten her name. We were there Saturday afternoon 8/12/23 if that helps.

The ramens were all very good with excellent pasta cooking, fresh and crunchy vegetables, a good broth.The mochis were also delicious.Very good service.A good alternative to American food as a tourist from France.Too bad we are just passing through, otherwise we would come back!
