I am currently at Madera apartments and I am pleased with everything here. The amenities are amazing, recently remodeled pool and gym!As far as staff goes: Yvonne Wirner-Brown is an great property manager and will ensure your experience at Madera is good. I’ve moved from one unit to another and she is very helpful with all my needs, I’ve had some issues with the new unit and for the most part they were able to get resolved right away.The only thing that makes me rate a 4 star instead of a 5; is that even though the carpet in the new unit clearly had pee stains and pee smell, management did not do all under their power to resolve the issue. I had to hire a carpet cleaning company on my own and pay for a hot water extraction with spot cleaning.I hired Zerorez, recommended by a friend. Different from the vendor Madera uses: Immmaculate.Aside from that, the residents here are polite, clean, and pleasant to live around. The most amazing part of these apartments is the location. Only 10 min away from Red Rock Canyon. So if you’re a hiker or just live the mountains, this is the place for you!

I asked an employee if he had been seen, and she directed me to another employee who immediately raised the alarm. I saw so many people, employees and shoppers jump up and eady to help.As panicked as I was and embarrassed that I had let my eyes off of him for a second I felt at ease a bit knowing the whole store was ready to look out for this child, some may see it otherwise, I'm just thankful for such an amazing community.He was found by the toy section without any concern 😩😩 Literally minutes later but felt like an eternity.
