Sarah Young: I have worked with this AMC across 5 companies - including federally and state chartered Banks as well as mortgage lenders. I have found the staff to be incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable of HUD/FHA guidelines.Additionally, what I believe separates them from other AMC's is that when escalations become difficult, senior management doesn't shy away from getting on the phone with all parties.More recently the scrubbing completed prior to appraisal delivery has eliminated the more basic conditions we have seen from lenders/investors. I have a short list of AMC's I would recommend and Appraisals2U is absolutely on it!
