Served Global Dining is a local restaurant in Henderson, Nevada that is focused on providing the finest quality of proteins and vegetables. We are a Grass-Fed, Pasture-Raised, and Organic scratch kitchen. Chef Matthew Meyer is consistently pairing and building flavors to create new dishes. We are a relaxed brunch spot in the morning, and an upscale fine dining restaurant in the evening. Enjoy live music on select weekends in the evening.

Served owner and chef Matt Meyer got his start in the Vegas food scene when he launched Matteo’s Gourmet Food Services in 2006. Now he has Served Global Dining Restaurant in Henderson, with a menu inspired by Asian, South American, and European fare as well as regional American favorites that are sure to delight.

Meyer probably makes the best Hollandaise sauce in all of Las Vegas. His numerous Benedicts alone are worth the trip to the Southeast. Take, for example, his newest take on an classic: the Octopus Benny, with mirin, corn, tomatoes and uni, is an exuberant umami assemblage that wakes the palate in the best way possible.

At Served, Meyer goes above and beyond, tossing Asian and Latin flavors into the mix of a massive menu. It’s impressive, all of the diverse dishes have been successful.

It is of the most importance to have a willingness to ask questions and try new things, we must think outside the box and execute if we are to reach perfection. So many claim to be unique and experimental but rarely go beyond the traditional with a twist. You must be willing to make mistakes and never settle for the status quo. Once you release all preconceived notions, only then can you start to truly go beyond what the imagination can realize. There are so many more combinations and ideas yet to be discovered, that’s what drives me everyday.
