Karen Disanza: Servepro was incredibly helpful when we had a flood in the kitchen which necessitated our moving to a hotel. They packed out our entire kitchen, living room and den and wrapped our furniture just as if we were moving and emptied and packed the linen closet and hall closet. Each carton was labeled and placed in a back room for maximum protection of our items. I felt that their prices were fair.Recently, I decided to replace my 18-year old hvac systems and asked Black Mountain for bids. I ended up choosing their solution. The installation of the new furnace and a/c went smoothly. Their bid wasn't the lowest price. Tim Perry: From initial contact to installation everything went smooth. I voiced my concerns about my old dying unit to them and we quickly came up with a plan. On the same day I had a technician out to measure for the new unit and an estimate. 2 days later I had a crew of technicians out at my house installing the new unit. The whole install took about 3 to 4 hours start to finish.
