I just used some fresh micro broccoli in a pasta dish tonight and consistently use a variety of micro greens in my morning shakes. It’s always a good idea to eat fresh greens and support local!
Katia Robinson: Great product! To be honest I had never heard about micro greens until Life on the Grow. I didn’t realize not only the nutritional value but also the amazing taste! We put them on everything from sandwiches to burgers or even mixed in with a salad. They are also great to pair with your cheese board! So delicious! Life on the Grow always provides top quality.

I started to look at my diet and realized I need more veggies and antioxidants- I came across anthony and his wife Nikki at the market and immediately wanted them !!!My fave is the sweet pea micro greens- i can literally sit and eat them like they are potato chips - I order every week and they are fresh to my door - today I juiced the sunflower microgreens with carrots and blueberries- I’ve had the energy of a 5 year old on sugar at work !
